Frequently Asked Questions

  • I came to this practice with a lot of curiosity and some hesitation, not really knowing what to expect. Through working with Faz, I found a grounded and honest approach that actually made sense to me. His way of explaining things felt clear and practical, which helped me become more aware of my body and emotions, and my mind noticeably calmer. It’s helped me stay more balanced in daily life, and even when I fall out of practice, I find myself naturally coming back to it.

    Hamid, E., Business Manager

  • The changes I’ve experienced have been both external and internal.

First of all, I can stand upright much more easily now. I’ve had clearly noticeable changes in my lumbar and cervical spine. I also had some pelvic rotation, which I’ve realized has decreased significantly.

On the internal side, the most important thing is that I’ve become able to focus on a single subject. During practice, my mental rumination is reduced to a minimum. I feel like I’m a completely different person before and after training, lighter, more energetic, and full of a sense of being alive (which diminishes when I don’t practice). I also experience a very pleasant sense of ease. It’s truly enjoyable for me.

    Savana, B.; Medical Services

  • I have been practicing Tai Chi for almost a year, both in-person and online, and throughout this journey, Faz has supported me greatly both mentally and physically.
With patience, knowledge, and genuine dedication, he taught the principles and techniques of Tai Chi in a way that helped me practice with greater focus, motivation, and discipline.
Participating in his classes has been a truly valuable and rewarding experience for me, and I would highly recommend his classes to anyone interested in improving both mental and physical well-being.

    Fatima, A; Dentist

  • Working with Faz has been a real gift. He possesses a profound skill by which he helped guide both my mental and physical postures to produce a dramatic shift.  Each session brought release of tension and alignment of the body, which left me feeling deeply restored. I highly, highly recommend him! Book a session and you will see.
